4. Subscription and Payment

MentalBro Pro is available as a subscription service:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Service Availability and Data

While we strive to maintain high service availability, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service may experience temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues
  • Data loss may occur due to technical failures, user error, or system updates
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data and information
  • Service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or compensation
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

6. No Refund Policy

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be provided for service interruptions or technical issues
  • Data loss or corruption does not entitle you to refunds
  • Website dysfunction or temporary unavailability does not warrant refunds

  • Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures
  • Financial losses from trading decisions made using our analytics
  • Data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility
  • Website dysfunction or temporary unavailability
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

IN NO EVENT SHALL MENTALBRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You acknowledge and agree that:
